Building and Construction
We accept permit applications at the Township Building at 4444 Walbert Avenue, Allentown PA 18104. You can drop them off inside our newly renovated building or in our secure drop box outside the office. Please pay by check or money order only. Cash or credit cards are not being accepted at this time. Please do not email the application.
Once your permit application is processed it will be forwarded to our 3rd party agencies and/or to our zoning officer for their review. Upon approval of your application, you will be contacted by one of our permit clerks with any issuance fees due. **Please be aware that due to these uncertain times, there may be a delay in permits being issued.**
All issuance fees must be paid prior to pick-up. You may set up a time with the permit clerks to schedule a pick up or simply put your payments in the mail and your permit will be mailed to you.
If you have any questions, please call and leave a message for one of our permit clerks at (610) 398-0401. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
