South Whitehall Township/Parkland School District Joint Effort:

There are many programs offered by South Whitehall Township within the Parkland School District facilities.  Programs that take place within school district facilities are only open to residents of the Parkland School District. This partnership and the outstanding cooperation extended to us by the district’s administration and staff allows us to enhance community programming!

General Refund Policy:

A full program refund will be issued if a program is cancelled by the Park & Recreation Department for any reason.  In this case, the user will be contacted and asked to choose between a refund or user credit on their RecDesk account.  If no response is received within 7 days, a user credit will be posted to the user's RecDesk account.

Requests for withdrawal/changes to registrations must be received at least 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the start of the program to be eligible for a refund.  Withdrawals less than 14 days in advance may be eligible for a refund per the discretion of the Township Manager. 

Please note: every effort will be made to refund payments back onto the card used for the initial transaction.  However, the Department reserves the right to issue refunds in the form of a paper check.  These checks may take 4-5 weeks to process.

All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Parks & Recreation Department either via email (info@southwhitehall.com) or US Mail (4444 Walbert Avenue, Allentown, Pa 18104).
