Pay Your Utility Bill Online

Citizen Self Service is a portal that gives residents of South Whitehall Township the ability to pay utility bills by credit card, eCheck, and PayPal. Once you create an account, you can link your Water, Sewer, and Refuse accounts, add bills to your cart, and check out online. You can pay multiple bills at once, up to $500 with a $3.39 fee per transaction for credit card or by PayPal or a $1.73 per transaction for eCheck. You currently may pre-pay for your utility bills through the CSS Payment Portal after adding the bill to the cart and editing the bill payment amount. There will be a $36 fee assessed for returned payments that will be added to your bill in the event of insufficient funds or closed/wrong accounts.  Additionally, in the portal you can view your utility usage by viewing a digital copy of your bill and opt in to receive your utility bills by email.
