The South Whitehall Township Vacancy Board is comprised of the Board of Commissioners and a registered elector of the township who serves as the Chairman of the Board. The Chairman is elected by, and to a term specified by, the Board of Commissioners.

Vacancy Board meetings are held on as an as-needed basis.  Meetings are advertised on the township website and through other media outlets.

All meetings are open to the public. This Board meets on an as-needed basis at an advertised time in the Public Meeting Room of the Township Municipal Building, 4444 Walbert Avenue.
