The Fire Code Board of Appeals is a five-member Board. It is comprised of volunteers with qualifications in the fire service and/or fire safety fields. The Board of Commissioners appoints them and they serve without remuneration.

About the Board

The Fire Code Board of Appeals is a quasi-judicial Board, and hears appeals related to the Fire Prevention Code of South Whitehall Township. An appeal may be initiated by contacting the Township Fire Inspector.

The Fire Code Appeals Board meets on an as-needed basis.
