Notice is hereby given that the Building Code Appeals Board of South Whitehall Township will meet in the Township Municipal Building located at 4444 Walbert Avenue, Allentown, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, on Wednesday August 10, 2022, at 3:30 p.m. to discuss the following:

Building Code Appeal #2022-301

An application by David Dugan, of 2119 W. Pennsylvania Street, to appeal the requirements of the 2018 IRC Code Section R305.1, regarding the requirements for ceiling height.

Copies of plans, applications and supporting documents are available for public inspection at the Township Building during normal business hours. All interested parties are invited to attend and be heard.
