Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board of South Whitehall Township will conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, May 25, 2022, at 7:00 P.M., in the South Whitehall Township Municipal Building located at 4444 Walbert Ave, Allentown, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, for the following zoning appeal:
ZHB-2022-05: The Appeal of TAC Allentown, LLC, seeking a variance from Section 350-24(c)(12) General Commercial-Special Height Limitation District Criteria (GC-1) where the Minimum Lot Area Per Use is 2.5 acres and the existing parcels combined are 2.007 acres proposed; and, a variance from Section 350-24(c)(12) of the Minimum Lot Frontage Criteria which requires 300 feet of road frontage and where 283.95 feet exists. The subject property is located at 3350 and 3354 Walbert Avenue and is zoned (GC-1) General Commercial-Special Height Limitation. Self-Storage Facilities are a permitted Use by right.
