Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board of South Whitehall Township will hold a public hearing on WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 25, 2024, at 7:00 P.M. in the South Whitehall Township Municipal Building located at 4444 Walbert Avenue, Allentown, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, for the following zoning appeal:
ZHB-2024-12: The appeal of S. Emily Vincent seeking a Variance from the side yard setback in accordance with Section 350-24(c)(5) R-3 District criteria where 12 feet is required and the Applicant proposes to encroach into the required side yard by 4.95 feet to construct a 175 SF addition onto the existing single-family dwelling and allowing for a proposed finished side yard setback of 7.05 feet. The subject property is located at 4133 Kilmer Avenue and is zoned R-3. Tax ID No. 547688874720-1.
The above-referenced property is in South Whitehall Township, Lehigh County, PA. Copies of any plans, applications, and/or supporting documents that were submitted are available for public inspection at the Township Building during normal business hours where they may be examined without charge or obtained for a charge not greater than the cost thereof (it is recommended that appointments be made in advance). All appellants, or their representative with legal standing, must attend. All objectors and interested parties are invited to attend and will have the opportunity to be heard.
