Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board of South Whitehall will hold a meeting on WEDNESDAY, APRIL 26, 2023, at 7:00 P.M. in the South Whitehall Township Municipal Building located at 4444 Walbert Avenue, Allentown, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, for the following zoning appeals:
ZHB-2023-02: The Appeal of Joan L. Caton seeking a Special Exception approval for a Low Impact Home Based Business located at 4229 Oakleigh Road pursuant to Section 350-48(h)(4) and Section 350-16(d) of the Codified South Whitehall Township Zoning Ordinance.
