Mindfulness in the Park

Interested in learning how to live in the moment and reduce stress in your daily life? Mindfulness is proven to be beneficial in reducing conditions such as chronic stress, depression, anxiety, ADHD, GI issues and other challenges of everyday life.

Mindfulness in the Park sessions will go through a meditation session together each time and then reflect upon it. The instructor will help develop your method throughout the hour. These classes are meant for beginners to get an idea of what the Mindfulness class is like in the Fall and Spring as well as offer a venue for past students to continue the skill of meditation.
