SOUTH WHITEHALL TOWNSHIP

Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board of South Whitehall Township will conduct a Remote Access Public Hearing on MONDAY, December 21, 2020 at 7:00 P.M. for the purpose of reviewing and deciding the following Zoning Appeals.  Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the Public Hearing will be held electronically via the “GoToMeeting” platform. To access the Public Hearing through your computer or other electronic device, type the following Web Address into your Web Browser: https://global.gotomeeting.com/join/390538037. ZHB-2020-02: The Appeal of Forge Development Group has been WITHDRAWN at the request of the Applicant.

ZHB-2020-04:   The Appeal of Padda Property LLC, is hereby seeking a Special Exception as listed under Section 350-24(c)(16) Zoning District Schedule IC-1 (Industrial Commercial Special Height Limitation which list Motor Vehicle Repair Facilities as a Special Exception Use; and Section 350-48(m)(7) Motor Vehicle Repair Facility’s specific criteria for a Special Exception Use; and Section 350-16(i)(1)-(12) Special Exception criteria.  The subject property is located at 1670 Church Road and is zoned IC-1 Industrial Commercial Special Height Limitation. ZHB-2020-05:   The Appeal of Crackersport Racquetball, L.P. has been CONTINUED at the request of the Applicant to the Boards January 27, 2021 Public Hearing.

ZHB-2020-06:   The Appeal of 1933 Harold Ave. LLC c/o Robert Price has been CONTINUED at the request of the Applicant to the Boards January 27, 2021 Public Hearing.

ZHB-2020-08:   The Appeal of LV Health Network Realty Holding Co., having been continued from the November 23, 2020, Hearing, and publicly announced by the Board during the Hearing, to continue this case to the December 21, 2020 Hearing.

The above-referenced properties are in South Whitehall Township, Lehigh County, PA. Copies of the Zoning Appeal Applications and any site plans and supporting documents that were submitted to the Township will be posted and available for public viewing through the Township’s Website at www.southwhitehall.com.  All appellants, or their representative with legal standing, must participate in the remote access hearing.  All Objectors and Interested Parties are invited to participate and will have the opportunity to be heard at the remote access hearing.  Objectors or Interested Parties to a Zoning Appeal matter are also permitted to submit any written questions or comments at least five (5) days prior to the Public Hearing date:  (1) by e-mail directed to Laura Harrier at [email protected]  -OR- (2) by United States First Class Mail, postage prepaid, mailed to South Whitehall Township, 4444 Walbert Avenue, Allentown, PA 18104-1699, Attention of ZONING HEARING BOARD MEMBERS.
