Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board of South Whitehall Township will conduct a public hearing on MONDAY, OCTOBER 14, 2019, at 7:30 p.m., in the South Whitehall Township Municipal Building located at 4444 Walbert Ave, Allentown, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, for the following zoning appeals:

ZHB-2019-17:  The appeal of Elysium Acquisitions, LLC, equitable owner of a proposed subdivision known as Roosevelt Street Flats, located at 2449 Walbert Avenue, seeking a favorable interpretation from Section 350-42(t)(2) that the Ultimate Right-of-Way is 60 feet for an existing Local Road is inapplicable to the proposed new cul-de-sac. In the alternative, a dimensional variance is requested to allow an Ultimate Right-of-Way of 40 feet. George Sam is the record owner of the property. The parcel subject to the requested relief is zoned R-4 (Medium Density Residential) and NC (Neighborhood Commercial). Tax Parcel ID 548775367886 1.

The above-referenced properties are in South Whitehall Township, Lehigh County, PA.  Copies of any plans, applications, and/or supporting documents that were submitted can be available for public inspection at the Township Building during normal business hours where they may be examined without charge or obtained for a charge not greater than the cost thereof (it is recommended that appointments be made in advance).  All appellants, or their representative with legal standing, must attend.  All objectors and interested parties are invited to attend and will have the opportunity to be heard.
