An application to further develop the property located at 800 Hausman Road.  The plan proposes the construction of a three-story 37,500 square foot addition containing 76 independent living apartments, the removal of 161 parking spaces and the addition of 82 new parking spaces, and improvements to the stormwater management system, on a 4.6-acre portion of the 43.58-acre site.  Diakon Lutheran Social Ministries is the owner and applicant.

An application to further develop the property located at 798 Hausman Road.  The plan proposes the construction of a new driveway aisle and 11 new parking spaces, stormwater management improvements, and the installation of a new water line, on a 0.81-acre portion of the 6.072-acre site.  Lehigh Valley Health Network is the owner and applicant.
