Allentown, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) invites the public to a public plans display regarding the State Route 0309 Roadway Betterment project located in North and South Whitehall Townships, Lehigh County. The purpose of this project is to address safety concerns, improve the signalized intersections and provide continued safe and efficient access on State Route 0309 through Lehigh County.
