Jordan Creek Greenway

Construction will begin in late August 2018 on South Whitehall’s first section of the Jordan Creek Greenway.  South Whitehall Township currently has funding to build the trail from Wehr Mill Road to Route 309, following along the Jordan Creek. Upon completion, the Greenway will traverse through four(4) municipality borders and connect multiple regional parks including: Jordan Park, Jordan Creek Parkway, Covered Bridge Park and the Trexler Nature Preserve.  7-miles of the proposed 14-mile trail will connect the east and west borders of South Whitehall Township.  For more information regarding the Greenway development in South Whitehall, we encourage residents to attend the monthly Parks and Recreation board meetings where the trail is frequently discussed.
