Interested in learning how to live in the moment and reduce stress in your daily life? Mindfulness is proven to be beneficial in reducing conditions such as chronic stress, depression, anxiety, ADHD, GI issues and other challenges of everyday life.

In this eight week experiential based on a course developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn you will learn to: build both a formal and informal practice, reduce chronic stress and/or pain, and become more focused, centered and present. You will also learn to replace painful and/or disruptive mental habits with more useful ones.

This eight-week course run by Dr. Deb Romberger, PhD, LPC includes eight in classroom sessions and one half-day retreat. You will be provided with audio recordings of meditations as well as Mindful movement practices to support your home practice.
