REQUEST FOR MAJOR PRELIMINARY/FINAL PLAN REVIEW

The application to subdivide the property located at 1530 Blue Barn Road. The plan proposes to divide the 3.81-acre tract into: Lot 1, containing 0.843 acres; Lot 2, containing 1.193 acres; Lot 3, containing 1.025 acres; and Lot 4, containing 0.752 acres.  The lots are proposed to be served by public water and sewer.  The subject property is zoned R-5 Medium Density Residential.  Posocco Equities is the owner and applicant.

Proposed amendments to the South Whitehall Township Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance, including but not limited to: Amending numerous Sections within Section 312-6 GENERAL TERMS and Section 312-36(d)(4) OPEN SPACE AND COMMUNITY FACILITIES to create a consistent concept of Open Space; and Amending Section 31236(d)(4)(G) FEES IN LIEU OF LAND DEDICATION to update the fees charged in lieu of land dedication and to correct contradictory language.
